SPIRIVA Respimat (tiotropium) can be used in adult patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or as an add-on treatment in patients aged 6 years and older with severe asthma who have experienced at least one severe asthma flare-up (an exacerbation) within the last year.
